Job Description

The Warehouse, Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for managing all warehouse operations, including tracking incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing equipment maintenance, and planning deliveries to all shop locations. The role also includes purchasing required items, ensuring timely procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment to support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and equipment. Track all outgoing items and ensure accurate inventory levels at all times. Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure easy access, safety, and efficiency. Monitor and maintain all equipment, ensuring timely repairs and preventive maintenance. Plan and coordinate deliveries to all shop locations based on operational needs. Manage stock requests from shops and prepare orders accordingly. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Handle purchasing of all required materials, equipment, and supplies. Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and ensure cost-effective procurement. Maintain proper documentation for stock, equipment, and purchases. Work closely with operations and management to forecast stock needs and avoid shortages. Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance is a plus. Experience in purchasing or procurement preferred. Ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Good communication and coordination skills.
