Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Warehouse Helper is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, preparing, and dispatching cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies. The role ensures that the warehouse area is clean, organized, and that all items are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment. Receive, inspect, and properly store items in designated warehouse areas. Prepare materials and cleaning kits for daily site requirements. Ensure accurate labeling and tracking of stock items. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times. Support the Warehouse Supervisor in daily inventory checks and stock counting. Report any damaged, missing, or low-stock items immediately. Follow all company safety procedures when handling chemicals or heavy items. Assist in the movement and dispatch of supplies to various job sites. Perform any additional duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in warehouse or storekeeping (preferably in cleaning or service industry). Physically fit and able to lift or move heavy items. Basic communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu. Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures. Team player with a positive and responsible attitude. Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions accurately.
