Job Description

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Helper assists in the efficient operation of the warehouse by handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing stock, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. This role is essential to maintaining the supply chain and supporting the logistics team.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload delivery trucks manually or with equipment.
Move, stack, and organize goods in the warehouse.
Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing items for shipment.
Check incoming deliveries for accuracy and report discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Support inventory counts and stock management tasks.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
Help with other general labor tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
Physically fit and able to lift up to regularly.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Basic understanding of warehouse safety and operations.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends if needed.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a warehouse setting.
May require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
