Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of plumbers in daily tasks and projects. Ensure efficient execution of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades for seamless project integration. Conduct inspections to guarantee the quality and compliance of plumbing work. Provide guidance and support to plumbers for a collaborative work environment. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment. Identify and resolve plumbing issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of project details. Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, clients, and stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience as a Plumbing Chargehand or in a similar role. Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, components, and regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings. Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment. Commitment to safety and adherence to industry standards. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities. Attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship. Plumbing license/certification preferred. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,000.00 - AED1,100.00 per month Ability to Commute:
