What You Will Achieve
Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in planning and managing the efficient flow of products and services through the Pfizer supply chain cycle. You will be responsible for the import of products, which includes activities, such as planning and scheduling, ensuring related customer service and brokerage. You will manage customs transaction compliance, maintaining compliance with in-county and international regulations governing the shipment, receipt and documentation of imported/exported products and negotiating with foreign customers to develop handling agreements.

How You Will Achieve It
  • Contribute to completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines.
  • Maintain fulfilment of market demand to ensure no stock outs and on time delivery for committed supply.
  • Monitor and control full pipeline inventories to ensure availability as per requirements and minimize business waste.
  • Identify, develop and maintain the Supply Chain Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for current, new, or modified supply chain business process and supporting technologies.
  • Prepare destruction sheet manage destruction process.
  • Create and maintain master data in the system as required.
  • Monitor and manage the capacity of Pfizer warehouses by ensuring ideal stock levels for supply continuity.
  • Prepare needed Supply chain reports, Supplier and production analysis for process enhancement and continuous Improvement.
  • Prepare, report, and communicate Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to all assigned stakeholders, support activities for KPI’s fulfilment.
  • Manage document control including change orders, billings, purchasing documentation, contract administration.
  • Monitor budget to ensure controlled spending.
  • Ensure adherence to all plant safety and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations to the highest standards with adherence to right first-time principles.
  • Responsible for managing, handling, and safeguarding the Narcotic and Psychotropic Drugs with SFDA and governmental parties
  • Responsible to perform the following activities through Narcotic Drugs System (NDS):
Ø Register for Custodian membership.
Ø Register Site/entity in NDS.
Ø Request for Import license & Import Clearance of drug.
Ø Request for Mobilization, Destruction & Manufacturing of drug.
Ø Stock-count.
Ø Reporting.
Ø Following up on actions.
  • Responsible for all matters related to the mobilization of Narcotic and Psychotropic Drugs.
  • Responsible for tracking Narcotic and Psychotropic Drugs (API & FGs) within the site, warehouse, manufacturing, packaging, QC & retain samples in terms of signing logbook, other related documents.
  • Responsible for the process of delivering/ moving the Narcotic and Psychotropic Drugs to the distributions.
  • Responsible for a regular checkup (at least every 3 months) on the quantity & report any missing or decreasing Narcotic and Psychotropic Drugs.
  • Responsible for sharing bi-annually report to SFDA of the Narcotic and Psychotropic Drugs.
  • Follow up with customs for clearing narcotic and psychotropic drugs or follow up with clearance broker.
  • Responsible of ensuring proper storage of narcotic and psychotropic drugs & reporting any missing/damaged/ destructive products.
  • Responsible of follow up on the waste procedure of narcotic and psychotropic drugs
  • Perform transactions accurately and promptly in SAP system starting from inbound, internal movement and outbound transactions.
  • Perform cycle counting and investigate if any discrepancy and to take the necessary corrective action to maintain accuracy of physical inventory
  • Liase with Engineering to ensure all warehouse equipment and tools (Material Handling Equipment, Temperature Control etc) are in good function and timely maintained
  • Maintain good housekeeping of all areas in the warehouse.
  • Actively support internal and external audit by providing accurate data
  • Supervise warehouse operators’ tasks and ensure its don’t on timely manner
Qualifications
Must-Have
  • Saudi National
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Pharmacy Technician
  • Pharmacist license
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with inventory management concepts.
  • System Application and Products knowledge.

Nice-to-Have
  • Certified in Six Sigma/Lean management.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Knowledge of domestic and international logistic and government regulations.
  • Possesses a positive, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated capability to work as a team member in a matrix environment.
  • Forklift driving license
