We're Hiring! Warehouse Coordinator - ZMI Holdings Abu Dhabi ZMI Holdings is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi . Key Responsibilities: Control all movements by recording receipts and delivery notes. Log all goods received from suppliers into the inventory system. Ensure that the consumables database is updated regularly. Maintain the Inventory System to ensure optimum operation for all users. Assist all employees utilizing the Inventory System where necessary. Ensure that the Inventory System database is updated regularly. Service of equipment - log all internal issues and returns and report any unserviceable equipment to the maintenance subcontractor and operations department. Maintain security of stores area by restricting access to the enclosed areas. Ensure security of containers being packed for exports. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing all required tasks in a timely manner. Ensure that stores are always kept neat & tidy. Requirements: Proven experience in warehouse/logistics coordination (preferably in the marine or offshore industry). Strong knowledge of inventory management systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Diploma/ BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in any related field. Computer skills, MS-Word, and MS-Excel. Minimum 2 years of related experience handling stocks and warehouse. Seniority Level
