a. Receive orders through sales personnel in the form of Local Purchase Order (LPO).
b. Generating invoice based on Post Goods Issue (PGI) data for further action.
c. Generate Sales Order after checking the rates between LPO and system are same.
d. Forward the Sale Order to the delivery section - Bill Takers
e. Intimate the Assistant Manager - Warehouse & Logistics, if any items are running out of stock
f. Generating Sales Invoice
g. Posting data into SAP in-respect of Goods Return by verifying quantity & price in Customer GRV.
h. To ensure Second Invoice copy are collected from the customer - duly signed and stamped - and forwarding the same to Head Office on a daily basis.
i. Maintaining backup documentation (Invoice Third copy).
To execute any other Billing related works assigned by the Warehouse Manager (DTS Cash Collection, DTS Load
