We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of goods. Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of goods and materials.
Accurately record and label received items and ensure they are stored in the appropriate location.
Prepare orders for shipment by picking and packing items following established procedures.
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, if certified.
Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including disposing of packaging materials and waste.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks for outbound shipments.
Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment for safety and functionality.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Assist in other warehouse tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in handling goods.
Ability to operate material handling equipment is a plus (forklift, pallet jack).
Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
