Job Description

We're looking for a dependable and skilled Warehouse Assistant to join our team and help manage inventory, handle shipping and receiving, and maintain smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect all incoming equipments/materials to ensure accuracy and quality, logging any damages or discrepancies Organize, label, and store items in designated. Load and unload trucks, containers, or pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks while maintaining safety standards Pick and prepare the equipments or materials according to internal work orders, production schedules, or customer dispatches Investigate inventory discrepancies and reconcile variances by cross-referencing records, invoices, and physical stock Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely availability of stock and materials Maintain stock rotation by monitoring expiry dates, shelf life, and product conditions Operate and inspect warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet wrappers) and report mechanical issues or maintenance needs Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Prepare and submit reports such as inventory movement, damaged goods logs, and daily activity sheets Assist in process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in storage, picking, and stock handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including sweeping, dust control, and waste disposal Support shipping and receiving operations, including creating packing slips, labeling, and freight documentation

Qualifications:

Valid Forklift License in UAE 3-4 years experience in warehouse operations and inventory control Strong organizational and time-management skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
