The Warehouse Assistant role supports daily warehouse operations in Dubai, UAE by ensuring accurate stock handling, proper storage practices, and a safe, organized working environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform barcoding activities and ensure barcodes are accurately stamped on each item in line with regulatory and company policies.
• Conduct stock-take activities as per management guidelines to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure items are stocked correctly according to supplier requirements and arranged using FEFO (First Expiry First Out) principles.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards within the warehouse at all times.
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks as instructed by the Head of Department, including assistance for new store openings and events.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines consistently.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Basic English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to support team activities and handle routine physical tasks.
