Job Description
- Handling Import Shipments process - Customs, Clearance and Documentation
- Responsible for GCR, Photos of Goods Received, Deviation reporting and Handling with Insurance
- Segregating and Goods Packing and Batch Code verifying and recording,
- Export Process - EHS Application, Customs Clearing, DG Declaration and Documentations
- Arranging Part Time Staff, Packing Materials and Vehicle for Exits
- SAIF Zone Documentation works & Follow ups like BOE, Transport, Import/Export Documents, Deposit Cheque Refund etc
- Preparing AWB from Fedex, UPS etc portals
- Maintaining and Filing Warehouse and Customs Documents
- Warehouse Maintenance
- Ensuring VAT filing and Insurance Declaration
- MIS Reports - Stock Register, Import/Export Register, Brandwise Stocks report, Stocks Reconciliation, List of Import/Export for customs to Tally etc.
Self-Starter Flexible to work according to workload and requirement Decent Communication skills and email Drafting Good Knowledge in MS excel Passion for pursue long term career in Trading or Export Import Industry Having own 4 wheeler with driving license must for daily commutation
Candidate currently in UAE with local Visa only apply Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
