Job Description
- Warehouse Assistant
Accurately manage inventory and stock count activities, ensuring all discrepancies are properly investigated and accounted for. Analyze inventory trends and plan stock replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels. Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records; prepare and submit monthly closing stock reports. Prepare and update shipment tracking records for incoming and outgoing goods. Generate and maintain material receipt records and Goods Received Notes (GRN). Assist in the accurate dispatch and distribution of goods in coordination with the logistics team. Optimize warehouse space through efficient layout planning and implementation of operational policies. Conduct quality inspect of incoming materials and report any non-conformance immediately to the relevant department.
Requirement
Candidate must have a manufacturing/trading company background and be able to prepare all warehousing, distribution and inventory for goods inwards and outwards and material planning. Job work requires in depth attention to detail and therefore the candidate must be disciplined and meticulous. Experience- Minimum 3 years in manufacturing/trading company of Metal/ Insulation Materials or similar industry with a bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or supply chain.

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
