Unloading deliveries, verifying incoming items against purchase orders, and moving and storing them in their designated locations.
Order fulfillment:
Picking products to fill customer orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment by tasks such as weighing and labeling.
Inventory management:
Conducting regular inventory checks, maintaining accurate records of items received and shipped, and reporting any discrepancies or damaged goods.
Warehouse organization:
Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards by sweeping, tidying, and ensuring aisles are clear.
Equipment operation:
Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Additional responsibilities
Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
Performing quality assurance checks on products.
Updating logs and using supply chain software to track inventory.
Assisting with shipping, loading, and unloading of products.
Preparing shipping labels and other documentation.
Collaborating with team members to meet productivity targets.
Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental rules and standards
