Warehouse Assistant
Job Description
Assist in coordinating daily deliveries from suppliers to restaurant outlets.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, delivery notes, and invoices.
Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning in coordination with procurement and warehouse teams.
Follow up with suppliers, logistics partners, and outlets to ensure on-time and complete deliveries.
Support the logistics team in preparing and processing shipping documents, permits, and other related paperwork.
Track and report any delays, damages, or discrepancies in deliveries.
Coordinate with restaurant teams for equipment transfers, returns, or maintenance logistics.
Assist in optimizing delivery routes and schedules for cost and time efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.
Support monthly stock counts and reconciliation activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
