Job Description
Being part of the Operations team, reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse assistant needs to be methodic, well-organized, supportive & proactive, he will be in charge of missions based Warehouse :
- Receive inbound shipment ,validate and prepare replenishment.
- perform monthly rolling and annual stock inventory of the warehouse and report Discrepancies to your manager.
- Closely monitor shipment pre-alerts until we receive in the warehouse For sellable /packaging/VM/ Les Ventes privees .
- Work with manager for obsolete, recyclability repatriation.
- Co-ordinate / communicate and work closely with the our outsourcing companies for daily task .
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
- Make sure all KPIs are maintained up to the companies standard.
- Report weekly and monthly operation progress of the warehouse to your manager.
- You will closely monitor storage, space management, inbound and outbound of furniture\xe2\x80\x99s, VM and Event tools.
- Update all furniture\xe2\x80\x99s and VM tools received in the warehouse to concerns department and follow their dispatch instruction.
- Actively participate and assist in furniture/VM and event tools movement
