: 1.RECEIVING THE GOODS: receiving the goods based on the PO and supplier invoice 2.ORGANISING THE BARCODES : organizing the barcodes based on the products and expiry 3.KEEPING TRACK OF BONUS AND CREDIT NOTES : keeping a track for pending bonus from supplier and credit notes 4.PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: ability to distinguish the products and their concentration 5.CHECKING THE EXPIRY : to make sure the expiry mentioned on the barcode and the physical expiry of the item 6.CHECKING THE PRICE : to check the supplier price and barcode price and to make sure both are same 7.ARRANGING THE MEDICINES : to arrange the medicines as per supplier and expiry 8.KEEPING THE STORE HYGEINE AND IN ORDER : to keep the store clean and keep the products following the SOP of Warehouse 9. TO's PREPARATION: picking the products as per the BPO to the exact quantities 10. KEEPING THE STORE IN ORDER : to help maintain the order of the store and cleanliness 11. GRN ENTERING: to enter the GRN based on the LPO and supplier invoice 12. FOC MONITORING : monitor and follow up the bonuses monthly basis 13. SALES INVOICING : making sales invoices as needed 14. EXPIRY MONITORING : to monitor the expiry of stocks available in store 15.ASSISTING IN OTHER STORE OPERATIONS: assisting in other store operation like scanning , picking , barcoding and arranging Job Requirements: 1) Minimum 2 years experience in similar role/industry - pharmaceutical 2) Must have any relevant Bachelor Degree 3) Job Location is Dubai and Abu Dhabi Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s):
