Job Summary: Looking for a Warehouse Assistant Dispatcher in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Process customer orders and verify their accuracy before dispatching
• Assist in picking and preparation of the products as requested by the client
• Ensure all required documentation, such as invoices, delivery notes, and manifests, are prepared accurately and promptly
• Maintain accurate inventory records and collaborate with warehouse staff to track stock levels
• Serve as the primary point of contact between warehouse personnel, delivery drivers, as well as customer service representatives
• Handle and resolve any delivery-related issues or delays in a professional and efficient manner
• Make sure all warehouse operations, including dispatching, adhere to safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality in all dispatch-related activities
• Monitor and track the performance of drivers as well as delivery personnel, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance with the quality in the presentation of the packaging, product information on the label as well as quantity required
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have experience in a warehouse or dispatching role
• Experience in picking required
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills to interact with warehouse personnel, drivers, etc
• Must be familiar with inventory management systems and basic computer proficiency
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude
• Should be aged between 20 and 35 years
• Male candidates are required
