We are looking for a reliable and hardworking

Warehouse Assistant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our warehouse by ensuring goods are received, stored, and distributed efficiently. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse environment, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring products are prepared for shipment or delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods, ensuring all products are properly labeled and stored in designated areas. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records of all products. Prepare products for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items according to order specifications. Ensure that all products are stored safely and in an orderly manner to maximize warehouse space and prevent damage. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, ensuring that all materials are properly stored and easily accessible. Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring goods are handled with care and transported efficiently. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery (if certified and trained). Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor when items need to be reordered. Support the warehouse team in meeting operational goals and deadlines. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Assist in processing returns and exchanges, ensuring returned items are restocked or disposed of correctly.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous experience in warehouse or similar roles is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (experience with warehouse management software is a plus). Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments is a plus.
