You will be working as Warehouse & Internal Logistics coordinator and will be the part of Electrification Business Area for Services Division located in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be responsible to ensure timely receipt of the goods, generate or handle the incoming documentation and delivery of right goods required for the production/ trading activity of the company. This is done as per the business requirement and by following the internal rules and compliance regulations. Supports to SCM teams, Project Mangers, Service Engineers , Estimation teams , Sales team whenever required . Successful execution and closing of the assigned project/s by coordinating with required functions involved. Same is based on the techno-commercial requirements of the contracts, customer’s expectations and by suggesting the bottom-line optimizing ideas to project manager. This is in line with compliance regulation and the internal rules.

Your responsibilities

• You will be for responsible for receipt of right goods and keeping the record of the same, warehousing, physical inventory and asset protection management, arranging all testing equipment’s to service engineers as per there request.
• Issue the goods to the site people, keep testing equipment’s tracker and calibration check time to time, keep track of the goods count. Finalize locations of the goods.
• Properly store the goods to avoid damage during storage period. Coordinate with local forwarders, generation / handling of GRN, receipt discrepancy management.
• Help in handling NCR’s, and supplier document, stock movement analysis and stock monitor.

Your background

• ITI – Electrical with 2 years and more than 12 years of experience product knowledge of MV, LV and testing equipment’s.
• Team player and flexible.
• Should be adept in computing- MS Office, MS project, SAP etc.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
