Job Overview
IIQAF Group is seeking a compassionate and reliable
Ward Boy
to support daily operations within our hospital and healthcare facilities in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist medical staff by ensuringpatient comfort, cleanliness, and smooth ward operations
, while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.This role is ideal for candidates with experience in
hospital wards, clinics, or healthcare support services
.Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with
mobility, transfers, and basic care needs
Transport patients safely betweenwards, diagnostic areas, and treatment rooms
Maintain cleanliness ofwards, patient rooms, and common areas
Assist nurses and healthcare staff with non-clinical support tasks Handle hospital equipment and supplies responsibly Followinfection control, hygiene, and safety protocols
Dispose of medical waste according to hospital guidelines Provide respectful and compassionate support to patients and familiesRequired Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a
Ward Boy, Hospital Attendant, or Healthcare Support Staff
Basic understanding ofhospital hygiene and patient care practices
Ability to work in a physically demanding healthcare environment Good communication and teamwork skills Compassionate attitude and professional conduct Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidaysPreferred Qualifications
Experience working in
hospitals, clinics, or healthcare centres
Knowledge ofinfection control procedures and patient handling techniques
Previous work experience inDubai or UAE healthcare facilities
