Job Summary

The MEP Multi-Technician is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

systems. The role requires hands-on technical skills across multiple trades to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation of building services.

Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical

Perform maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, split units, exhaust fans). Assist in troubleshooting chillers, pumps, motors, and ventilation systems. Replace belts, filters, bearings, and valves as required.

Electrical

Carry out basic electrical maintenance on lighting systems, power outlets, switches, and panels. Identify and rectify electrical faults (MCBs, contactors, relays). Ensure proper grounding and safe electrical practices.

Plumbing

Maintain and repair water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems. Fix leaks, blockages, faucets, valves, and sanitary fixtures. Assist with water heaters, pumps, and booster systems.

General Duties

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance as per schedule. Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency calls. Follow safety procedures, permits to work, and company policies. Maintain tools, spare parts, and housekeeping in work areas. Update maintenance records and job reports. Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians.

Qualifications & Experience

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade. 3-5 years of experience as an MEP or Multi-Technician. Experience in facilities management, hotels, hospitals, or commercial buildings preferred. Knowledge of HVAC, basic electrical systems, and plumbing works.

Skills & Competencies

Multi-skilled in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read basic MEP drawings and manuals. Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces and at heights. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Minimum 5 years experience mandatory

Immediate joining with noc mandatory

Qatar Driving license Mandatory

Salary Ranges from 1800 QAR to 2000 QAR plus Over Time

Accomadation and Transportation by Company

Pay: QAR2,000.00 per month
