Must have minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as wall painter.
Must have knowledge and idea about paint materials .
Should have hands on experience in surface preparation for paint like application and base coat. Sanding etc.
Must be capable to understanding the requirements of number of coat to be applied on the surface to have a final finish.
Must have an idea to take corrective action and damage surface with humidity.
Must be capable of application pain with compressor & gum system.
