Prepare walls and surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers.
Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, stains, and other finishes according to project specifications.
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with proper techniques for smooth and even coverage.
Protect surrounding areas (furniture, floors, fixtures) by covering with protective sheets or tape.
Inspect surfaces and completed work to ensure quality, uniformity, and adherence to safety standards.
Perform touch-ups, repairs, and repainting where necessary.
Maintain tools, brushes, and equipment in good working condition.
Follow all workplace safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Painter / Wall Painter.
Knowledge of different paints, coatings, and finishing techniques.
Ability to prepare surfaces and handle painting tools and equipment safely.
Good eye for detail, color matching, and finishing quality.
Physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in various environments.
Previous experience in the UAE/GCC construction industry is an advantage.
