Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wall Painter to join our interior design and fit-out team. The painter will be responsible for preparing, priming, and painting interior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to deliver high-quality finishes that align with design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching holes, and applying primer. Mix and match paint colors to meet project specifications. Apply paint, varnish, wallpaper, and other finishes to walls and ceilings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and design specifications. Ensure proper coverage and uniform finish with attention to detail. Protect surrounding areas (furniture, flooring, fixtures) from paint splatter using drop cloths or tape. Conduct touch-ups and final coat applications. Work collaboratively with designers, carpenters, and electricians to maintain project timelines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow health and safety regulations on-site. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a wall painter in interior fit-out or construction projects. Knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and color theory. Familiarity with surface preparation and finishing techniques. Physical stamina and dexterity for handling tools and standing for extended periods. Ability to follow technical drawings and instructions. Basic knowledge of safety procedures and regulations. Good communication skills and a team player attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with decorative painting, textured finishes, or special coatings. Familiarity with luxury or high-end interior design projects.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
