Job Description
Job Title: Wall Painter
The Wall Painter is responsible for preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces to achieve high-quality finishes as per project specifications, drawings, and company standards. The role requires experience in interior fit-out works, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, and applying primer
Apply paint, putty, polish, texture, or special finishes as required
Mix paints and materials to achieve the correct color and consistency
Paint walls, ceilings, partitions, and other surfaces as per approved samples
Ensure smooth, uniform, and high-quality finishes
Protect furniture, floors, fixtures, and fittings during painting work
Follow site instructions, drawings, and project timelines
Rectify defects, touch-ups, and snag list items
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
Comply with site safety rules and company HSE policies
Skills & Competencies

Quality-focused and neat workmanship
Ability to follow instructions and drawings
Teamwork and discipline on site
