Job Description

La Verde Property Management is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wall Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial painting projects, delivering high-quality finishes on time and safely.

Responsibilities:



Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming walls. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to walls, ceilings, and surfaces. Mix and match colors as required. Ensure a clean and safe work environment. Maintain painting equipment and tools. Follow safety guidelines and company standards.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Wall Painter or similar role. Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials. Attention to detail and strong finishing skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights if needed.
