Relationship Officer

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to individual customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell credit card products to prospective customers through direct sales. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card solutions. Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with internal departments for timely processing of applications and customer queries.

Requirements:

Minimum 0-2 years of experience in

credit card or financial product sales

(Banking, Tele sales & Any sales experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Good understanding of banking products, especially credit cards. Fluency in English Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.

Education:

Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Working Hours:

Sunday to Saturday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (may vary based on campaign/location needs)

Salary :

AED 2500 to AED 5000
