Walk-in interview location and date: Location: API Racecourse villa project, Nad Al Sheba1, Meydan, Dubai Interview date and time: 2023-10-21 (Saturday, all day) 8:30-12:00 14:30-18:00 REQUIRMENTS: \xc2\xb7 Sound knowledge and understanding in Architectural finishes, RCC structure, rebar detailing as per Codes and structural drafting \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s or Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI in Civil draughtsman \xc2\xb7 Minimum 4 years of work experience in UAE in Contracting company \xc2\xb7 Proficient with software such as AutoCAD 2013 or later version, Rebar detailing software, REVIT or 3D max. \xc2\xb7 Experience in producing engineering shop drawing and Rebar detail drawings for site construction works. \xc2\xb7 Able to work under committed deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Must join immediately \xc2\xb7 Visit visa or cancelled visa preferred Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Prepare engineering shop drawings, prepare rebar BBS schedule, and rebar shop drawing, sections, charts and similar documents from IFC drawings, GA drawings and specifications as directed. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and verify detailed Civil-Architectural & Structural shop drawings \xc2\xb7 Prepare 3D drawings using either 3D max or REVIT software \xc2\xb7 Produce and verify fabrication and installation drawings. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that site works are executed as per approved shop drawings and as per project schedule requirements. \xc2\xb7 Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and modifications based on structural engineer request. \xc2\xb7 Prepare bill of materials and weight calculations. \xc2\xb7 Complies with drawing presentation as per project specifications and Engineering standard \xc2\xb7 Updates the drawings library as needed.
