Dear Candidate, We are hiring Sales/ Relationship Officers for our credit cards and personal loans team. The Walkin Drive is scheduled from May 22 to 27, 2023 therefore we would like to invite you for an interview. The job description is given below for your kind reference: JD- Sales Officer- Credit Cards or Personal Loans Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationship with customers.
- Ensure adherence to sales targets and deadlines.
- Achieve sales targets assigned on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Consistently illustrate high levels of customer orientation and professionalism in day-to-day conduct.
- Maximize on cross selling growth of existing customer base and identify new potential selling opportunities.
- Good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Must be highly motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have sales experience of retail banking products.
- 1- 2 years in credit cards/personal loans/ retail banking division in a bank or financial institution
- Home country banking sales experience will also be considered.
- High School certificate or Bachelor?s degree
