Identify and prospect new clients for digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Website Development, Branding, etc.)
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients.
Stay updated on digital trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in
sales, business development, or tele-sales
(preferably in a digital agency).
Strong knowledge of
digital marketing products and packages
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Target-driven, confident, and proactive in approaching clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives.
Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and ensure they are met.
Monitor and evaluate team performance using CRM tools and call metrics.
Train, motivate, and support team members to improve performance.
Handle escalated client queries and complex negotiations.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
Generate regular sales reports and present them to senior management.
