Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team Prepare quotations, sales reports, and documentation Handle client inquiries and follow-ups Maintain customer records and sales databases Coordinate between sales, operations, and accounts departments

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role (Hospitality preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities and generate leads Build and maintain long-term client relationships Promote hotel supply products and services Achieve assigned sales targets Conduct client meetings and negotiations Follow up on payments and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven sales experience (Hospitality industry preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage Self-driven and target-oriented UAE driving license is a plus

Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting operations Prepare invoices, receipts, and vouchers Manage accounts receivable and payable Bank reconciliation and financial record keeping Coordinate with sales team on billing and collections Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting

Requirements:

Experience as an Account Executive or Accountant Hospitality or trading company experience preferred Knowledge of accounting software Strong attention to detail Understanding of UAE accounting practices
