We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Recruiter & Administrator to manage end-to-end recruitment and handle day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will balance talent acquisition with efficient office management, ensuring smooth business operations and a positive employee experience.
Recruitment & HR
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source talent via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Manage the offer process, negotiations, and onboarding.
Maintain HR records, employee files, and recruitment databases.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR policy implementation.
Administration
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-maintained workplace.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Manage schedules, meeting arrangements, and travel bookings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
Support management with any other administrative tasks.
