Walk-in Interview for Jr. Recruitment Officer Please note that this position needs to be filled urgently, apply only if you can join immediately. Date: August 10, 2022 - August 12, 2022
Time: 9:00AM to 1:00 PM
Location: 1001, 10th Floor, Mazaya Business Avenue AA1, JLT, Dubai, UAE Recruitment Experience is a must. Main Job responsibilities:
- Assisting the hiring manager or executive recruiter with recruitment duties.
- Posting job applications on social media and job sites.
- Conducting initial CVs screening
- Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
- Managing CVs database.
- Negotiating and preparing offer letters
- Coordinating with hiring manager on the deployment of the candidates
- Do any Admin related job to the department Main job requirements:
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in recruitment Skills:
- Previous experience working as a junior recruiter.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Good organizational skills Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
