Receptionist:
Seeking an experienced receptionist preferably with clinic experience.
Must have good experience in Customer Service, welcoming and greeting clients.
Must be fluent in both Arabic and English language.
Must be highly motivated, good team player.
Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
Have a love for animals and customer service.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
A UAE driving license would be a plus .
Living in Al Ain.
Accountant
Manage all day-to-day accounting tasks: A/P, A/R, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports
Create and monitor budgets and forecasts
Analyze financial data to identify and implement
cost-saving opportunities
Oversee
inventory management
: monitor usage, control costs, and reduce waste
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient, compliant financial operations
3+ years of accounting experience (veterinary or healthcare preferred)
Solid background in
inventory management and cost control
Proven ability to find and implement
cost-saving measures
Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar) and Excel
Highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Bonus: Familiarity with veterinary software (e.g., AVImark, Cornerstone)
