Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective customers.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track sales activities, maintain records, and submit regular reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
