The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, promoting company products/services, and providing excellent customer support to ensure long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through market visits, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid communication and negotiation skills.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer contacts, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
