Requirement:
- The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Banking products like credit card sales.
- Must be available in the UAE to join immediately.
- Must have good communication skills, convincing power & a passion for sales.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team as well as independently.
- Achieving and exceeding the assigned sales target every month.
- Proactively identify new customers and create new business opportunities by approaching them.
- Negotiate terms & conditions of the deal between the bank and the customer.
- Follow & stay updated with the bank policies, ensuring the same from the client.
- Expand business by nurturing potential customer relationships.
- Visa & Health Insurance will be provided.
- You will be entitled to your home leave passage upon completion of two years of service.
- Fixed Salary + incentives + Bonus Incentives + Team Outing Perks.
- Credit Cards Sales: 1 year (Required)
- UAE Banking: 1 year (Required)
- Sales: 1 year (Required)
- English (Preferred)
