Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell financial products including
credit cards, personal loans, and bank accounts
Approach potential customers through
cold calling, field visits, events, or referrals
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products accordingly
Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions
Build strong client relationships and provide post-sale support
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in financial products or banking sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer focus and persuasive attitude
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
Basic understanding of banking and financial services
Multilingual skills are a plus
UAE experience and own visa (preferred but not mandatory)
