Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present and promote products/services to customers using solid sales techniques.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and performance reviews.
Preferred Skills
