Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products/services
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven track record of successful sales experience (1-3 years minimum preferred)
