Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, product development) to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel if required.
