Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell credit card products to new and existing customers.
Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, telemarketing, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly to customers.
Assist customers in completing application forms and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit card offerings, promotions, and competitor products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the team leader or manager.
