The Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves promoting products or services, resolving client issues, and acting as a key point of contact between the organization and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints
Meet or exceed assigned sales and relationship targets
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality service
Stay informed about company products, policies, and market trends
