Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide after-sales support.
Cross-sell financial products (e.g., loans, credit cards, insurance) or other company services.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service reviews as needed.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or relationship management role (1-3 years preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., banking, insurance, telecommunications) is a plus.
