We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented

Relationship Officer

to join our team. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial products or services (if applicable), and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide after-sales support. Cross-sell financial products (e.g., loans, credit cards, insurance) or other company services. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service reviews as needed. Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or relationship management role (1-3 years preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office Suite. Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., banking, insurance, telecommunications) is a plus.
