We are looking for a Patrolling Supervisor to join in our Security Division.
Supervise and oversee all security functions.
Follow safety and security policies and procedures at all times.
Schedule security personnel to cover designated facilities and shifts.
Responsible for ensuring the readiness and vigilance of all Guards.
Attend phone calls with proper telephone etiquette and standard greetings.
Maintain a good sense of discipline and dependability.
Coordinate and respond to needs of Guards.
Respond to any kind of accidents or emergencies.
Perform all duties in a safe manner and report all accidents to responsible personnel.
Assist in orientation and training of new joiners.
Manage routine inspections of buildings, grounds and equipment's to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Manages protection of physical property by directing inspections and patrols to safeguard against fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry.
Ensuring the safe and proper operation of all assigned patrol vehicles.
Ensuring that all patrol personnel are assigned to a patrol area and that they understand their duties and responsibilities.
Keeping abreast of all new and updated changes.
Any other duties assigned by the management.
Skills & Experience
Age: 25-40
Nationality: Any
Education: Diploma
Experience: 2-3 Years
Valid UAE Driving License
Good Physique
Knowledge of UAE Roads
Language: English
Certifications: Attested Diploma, SIRA Certification
