Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing and cleaning the Restaurant windows \xc2\xb7 Ensure the toilets are cared for and inspected according to standards \xc2\xb7 Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies \xc2\xb7 Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances \xc2\xb7 Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate \xc2\xb7 Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices \xc2\xb7 Assisting guests when necessary
Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
Qualifications for housekeeping attendant
Ensures the appropriate behavior and impeccable presentation of staff under his/her responsibility \xe2\x80\xa2 Informs and listens to, consults and involves the team in the life of the hotel and network, allocating responsibility as appropriate"
Prior housekeeping, cleaning and customer service experience preferred
Ability to work outdoor in all temperatures and weather conditions
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English and preferably another language
