Job Description

A waiter / Waitress is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when required Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction Upsell menu items, promotions, and specials Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining space Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times
