Job Description

We are looking for personable, attentive, and detail-oriented Waitress/Waiter to join our front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and dietary considerations. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar promptly. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring a clean and tidy dining area at all times. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive and proactive attitude. Recommend additional products and menu specials to enhance the guest experience. Process payments accurately using the POS system and provide correct change/receipts. Work closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service flow. Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

At least two (2) years previous experience at a busy and reputable

fine dining restaurant

is a requirement Age to be between 21-32 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong teamwork spirit, work ethic and flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Fluency in English. Immediately available.
