Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Waiters and Waitresses to provide excellent dining service. The ideal candidates will ensure a pleasant dining experience by taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining cleanliness and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Present menus and provide detailed information about items Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar Serve food and drinks efficiently and according to service standards Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests or complaints politely Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining space Process bills and payments accurately Follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards at all times

Job Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage) Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance Team player with a positive attitude Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Education & Skills:

Basic knowledge of food and beverages Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
