Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused

Waitress

to provide excellent service in our restaurant and entertainment area. The ideal candidate will ensure a pleasant dining experience, manage tables efficiently, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Take accurate orders, address customer requests, and promote daily specials. Manage tables across the dining area, bowling lanes, and arcade efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and lanes. Assist with birthdays, corporate events, and other special functions. Handle cash transactions and communicate effectively with the kitchen and team. Provide basic guidance for bowling inquiries and customer assistance. Follow company policies, safety standards, and UAE law requirements. Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of restaurant/hospitality experience in UAE. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
